About Me
My curiosity about what works in the
healing process has led me on an extensive
journey of knowledge that I hope will benefit my clients. I love
supporting clients in unlocking the patterns that are holding
them back to live their best life. I grew up in Chicago and have
been in California for over 40 years. I have three adult children
and enjoy the arts, engaging in my Buddhist practice and
spending time with family. I look forward to connecting with you!

My Approach
I am a sex and couples counselor. I provide expert care for couples’ issues, intimacy struggles, sexual struggles, infidelity, sexual compulsivity, sexual addiction, and trauma. My goal is to create an intimate space where both partners can share their experiences and feelings. I also work with individuals on their relationship issues. My intention is to share a journey that will allow you to unlock whatever it is that is keeping you from having a happy, fulfilling life. The work that you do now can positively impact you and your partner for a lifetime. If you are serious about change, deep transformation is possible.
My goal is to work with you to create the change that is needed for you to have more pleasure, joy, and intimacy.. I am sex positive and I respect all sexual orientations, relationships and behaviors that are consensual and non-exploitative. I have experience polyamory as well as transsexuality and the LGBTQIA community. I am certified in EMDR a trauma therapy.
Additionally, I have extensive training as a couples counselor including EFT and the Developmental Model. Recently, I have incorporated aspects of psychedelic therapy into my practice including Integration therapy and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
